The situation in Gaza is DIRE. Israel has been blocking aid for the duration of the genocide, but absolutely no aid trucks have entered Gaza since March 2.
I went to do some research this morning on where I can donate that will generate the fastest aid, since we are running out of time, and people are dying of starvation. I was horrified to find that when searching "Gaza emergency fund" on Google, the Magen David Adom has an ad compelling people to send aid to Israelis instead.
Enough talk about the potential threat to Jewish safety that could be rising as long as Hamas exists. The threat to Palestinians is NOW. This is quite literally the most vile and diabolical way to implement collective punishment upon millions for the actions of a group of thousands, especially when that group's actions are the only form of resistance that gets any response from the world.
The time to help was 19 months ago. The time to help was 78 years ago. And the time to help is NOW, even if this is your first effort.
