Please join the Charlotte PCRF CHAPTER this Ramadan season and help us raise funds to support the Gaza orphan sponsorship campaign. The PCRF has identified the most vulnerable and marginalized children in Gaza -those who lost their parents in the 2014 war. We want to ensure that they get the most basic necessities so they can continue to have some semblance of a childhood. Your support will go a long way in helping these kids and ensuring they get the care and support that they need. We have provided you with several ways to support this very worthy cause. First, you can make a general donation using the link provided or you can sponsor a child if you are willing and able . Another way to support the Gaza Orphan campaign is to enjoy a wonderful Ramadan iftar/dinner at one of the restaurants listed here on the designated date for your Iftar or dinner. These generous establishments have joined us in our fundraising efforts by donating a portion of the sales made when you eat at their restaurants. Remember to let them know you are there to support PCRF. Please remember that if you're unable to visit any of these restaurants on the designated date for the fundraising we welcome you to make your donation using the link provided. GAZA ORPHAN SPONSORSHIP RAMADAN CAMPAIGN
In the summer of 2014, over 2,000 civilians were killed by air, land and sea assaults on the Gaza Strip, resulting in hundreds of orphaned children. In response to this crisis, the PCRF established a new humanitarian program to ensure that the livelihood of these children are being met. Our team of field workers will ensure that each sponsored child has their specific needs met by providing them food, or other non-political, humanitarian aid.
This Ramadan, your charity can be more than just a donation. By donating any amount, you can ensure that our orphan sponsorship program is sustainable for years to come, and can provide for countless children throughout their lives.
We hope in some way to help heal the wounds of war and occupation for these poor children, and to let them know that they are not forgotten.
