On May 21st, Nathan and I will be participating in the Cleveland Marathon weekend events to help raise funds for the Palestine Children's Relief Fund. This year, we are raising money to support the Gaza Pediatric Mental Health Initiative. This vital resource cares for children suffering the trauma of war; anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. This was "organized as an early response to the war in 2014, when tens of thousands of Gaza children were psychologically traumatized from direct exposure to violence." - PCRF.
There is no donation too small; every dollar helps save a child.
The PCRF is a certified non-profit, apolitical organization dedicated to providing specialized treatment to children throughout the Middle East. They also help train healthcare professionals and are integral in building the foundation of a local, high quality healthcare system.
