I am running the Chicago Marathon as a charity runner for the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund! I am also turning 27 on June 27th. In lieu of a celebration, I would love my family and friends to please donate in increments of 27 ($27, $54, $81, $108, $135) to help me reach my $1750 goal. But don't feel constrained by the $27 model––every dollar helps!
PCRF is an American 501(c)(3) that provides free medical care to sick and injured kids in Palestine, Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon. They bring children to the US for free treatment, sponsor volunteer medical teams in local hospitals, and train doctors to support the development of sustainable local healthcare systems. This year, marathon proceeds benefit the Gaza Pediatric Mental Health Initiative, which provides holistic psychological care to children who have witnessed the horrors of war. Every donation helps kids recover their childhood and heal from PTSD. Thank you so much for your support!
