Salam everyone! I'm so excited to be running my first half marathon and even more overjoyed to be doing it for such an amazing cause! Through PCRF, we plan to raise money for treating children in Gaza who have suffered from congenital or traumatic limb amputations. We are a group of students from Georgia Tech Muslim Student Association & Arab Student Organization and we are very excited to announce that we will be running in the Atlanta Publix Race weekend (Feb 26 & 27) to raise awareness and funds for Palestine Children Relief Fund (PCRF) to provide medical and humanitarian relief to children throughout the Levant, regardless of their nationality, politics, or religion.

 
For the Atlanta Publix Marathon weekend, our team will specifically be raising funds for the Gaza Amputee Project (learn more about the project here). Help us support this project and show our care for children in Gaza suffering from congenital or traumatic limb amputations.

For many of us, this is our first race or marathon. We've spent the last few months training, encouraging, and supporting each other towards our running goals and we hope that you will encourage and support us in this endeavor for the well-being of the children of Palestine.
