Hello friends and family! I am excited to announce that on February 27 I will be running the Atlanta Marathon for the Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF)!  The marathon proceeds go towards the Gaza Amputee Project to support children in Gaza suffering from congenital or traumatic limb amputations (more info). As a runner, I feel blessed to have the ability to run, and I would love to help the children in Gaza run, walk, and perform their daily tasks at ease.

The PCRF is certified non-profit, non-political organization dedicated to providing specialized treatment to children throughout the Middle East, as well as training doctors and finding ways to create long-term solutions to improve healthcare in the ME.

It isn't about religion or politics, it's about giving children the access to a basic right that they are currently denied: adequate healthcare. 
There is no donation too small; every dollar helps in getting a child medical care! Thank you ❤️

We are a group of students from Georgia Tech Muslim Student Association & Arab Student Organization and we are very excited to announce that we will be running in the Atlanta Publix Race weekend (Feb 26 & 27) to raise awareness and funds for Palestine Children Relief Fund (PCRF) to provide medical and humanitarian relief to children throughout the Levant, regardless of their nationality, politics, or religion.

 
For the Atlanta Publix Marathon weekend, our team will specifically be raising funds for the Gaza Amputee Project (learn more about the project here). Help us support this project and show our care for children in Gaza suffering from congenital or traumatic limb amputations.

For many of us, this is our first race or marathon. We've spent the last few months training, encouraging, and supporting each other towards our running goals and we hope that you will encourage and support us in this endeavor for the well-being of the children of Palestine.
