I’m Reaching Out for Help

My name is Ahlam, and I live in Gaza.

Right now, I’m facing the hardest time of my life. The war has taken almost everything from me—my home, my sense of safety, and access to even the most basic things like food, water, and clean clothes. Every day is a struggle just to survive.

I never imagined I would have to ask for help like this, but today I am reaching out with an open heart.

I need support to get:

Food and clean water to stay healthy

Clothing and hygiene items to keep some comfort and dignity

Basic medical supplies and other urgent needs

A safe place to stay and a chance to rebuild

I don’t want much—just the chance to live with dignity, to feel human again.
