Families, especially children carry grief, fear, and suffering every single day. I’ll carry 15kg for them—for 3,000 reps straight.

My name is Zohair. I’m a medical student who’s tired of watching suffering from a distance and doing nothing. For the next 20 days, I’m taking on a challenge:

150 weighted dips a day, carrying 15kg, for a total of 3,000 reps.

Why? Because I want to turn discipline I've gained into charity. Sweat into support. It’s a fundraiser for the orphans of Gaza—children caught in the middle of a genocide, struggling for basic survival.

I’m setting a modest goal of £400, which is nearly $600—every donation goes through the campaign under the PCRF organisation to provide the orphans with:

• Emergency medical aid
• Food parcels
• Shelter and hygiene kits

No donation is small, because situation gets more heavier and heavier by the hour in Gaza.

Following the 2014 war on Gaza, hundreds of children were orphaned and in need of basic humanitarian help - food, medicine, and clothing - to help survive. PCRF currently helps 290 orphans in Gaza through sponsors to provide them these basic necessities.
