We are DMV area Unitarian Universalists from many backgrounds working for the liberation of historic Palestine. Please join us in a show of solidarity with the children of Palestine, and especially those fleeing the genocide and ethnic cleansing in the Gaza Strip and West Bank. Love stands at the center of our UU values, and we work to build beloved community. Love and beloved community, however, cannot coexist with empire and the toll in human lives that empire demands. We reject the dehumanization of any person or people, and Palestinians have been flattened into caricatures and a political inconvenience for generations. We will love fiercely until Palestinians can claim their full humanity, autonomy, and freedom.
