There are thousands of people daily in need of emergency services in the southern occupied West Bank, there is one government hospital serving these patients in Hebron - Alia Hospital - where most of the poor and neediest people seek care. As a result of an underdeveloped emergency department, the quality of care falls short of the need. In 2020, PCRF is starting a new infrastructural project to rehabilitate the current emergency department.
