HI EVERYONE,

WE ARE NOMADIKT/ CYCLING JORDAN & ASHTAR TOURS, AND ON MAY WE´LL BE ORGANISING A CYCLING TRIP IN JORDAN. BUT WE DON’T WANT TO TURN OUR BACKS ON WHAT’S HAPPENING JUST A FEW KILOMETERS AWAY. ESPECIALLY WHEN OUR TEAMMATES AND FRIENDS, WITH WHOM WE ORGANIZE THIS ITINERARY, ARE PALESTINIANS, FROM FAMILIES WHO WERE EXILED IN JORDAN.

WE’VE ALWAYS SPOKEN OUT UNEQUIVOCALLY, AND NOT ONLY SINCE OCTOBER 7TH, ABOUT THE APARTHEID, GENOCIDE, AND ETHNIC CLEANSING BEING INFLICTED ON THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE. ALL THE ACTIONS CARRIED OUT IN GAZA OVER THE PAST 4 MONTHS - ATROCIOUS, INDECENT, AND DEVOID OF ANY HUMANITY - CONFIRM ALL OF THIS.

DUE TO ALL THIS AND MUCH MORE, WE WANT THE ROUTE TO START RIGHT NOW, AND FOR THAT, WE’VE ORGANIZED THIS CROWDFUNDING WHOSE FUNDS WILL GO DIRECTLY TO THE RELIEF WORK BEING CARRIED OUT BY PCRF (PALESTINE CHILDREN’S RELIEF FUND).

SO THIS TRIP DOESN’T START IN MAY.

THIS TRIP STARTS RIGHT NOW.

ANYONE CAN CONTRIBUTE BY DONATING TO THE “PEDAL4PALESTINE” PROJECT, PROVIDING URGENT HUMANITARIAN AID IN GAZA AND WE WILL ALSO DONATE THE INCOMES FROM THE EVENT´S FEES.

Somos NOMADIKT, CYCLING JORDAN Y ASHTAR TOURS, y hemos organizado un itinerario en bicicleta en Jordania en el que, en esta ocasión, canalizaremos toda la energía de cada pedalada en conseguir el máximo de donaciones posibles. No queríamos ni podíamos dar la espalda a los acontecimientos actuales; menos aún cuando nuestros colaboradores y amigos, con quienes organizamos este viaje, son palestinos, de familias que tuvieron que ser exiliadas en Jordania.

Desde Nomadikt siempre nos hemos pronunciado sin medias tintas, y no sólo desde el pasado 7 de octubre, sobre el apartheid, el genocidio y la limpieza étnica a la que se le viene sometiendo al pueblo palestino. Todas las acciones llevadas a cabo en Gaza en estos últimos 4 meses -atroces, indecentes y carentes de ningún tipo de humanidad- así lo corroboran. 

Por todo ello y por mucho más, queremos QUE LA RUTA DE COMIENZO YA MISMO y para ello hemos organizado ESTE CROWDFUNDING S.O.S. cuyos fondos irán directamente destinados al trabajo de ayuda que ante este desastre humanitario están llevando a cabo desde PCRF (Palestine Children´s Relief Fund). Por supuesto, destinaremos y sumaremos los beneficios recuadados derivados de la organización de este viaje.

The PCRF is a legally-registered non-political, non-profit, 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization established in 1991 by concerned people to address the medical and humanitarian needs of Palestinian and Arab youths in the Middle East. We have provided thousands of children life-saving care based on their need, not on religion, gender, nationality or sect.

The main objective of the PCRF is to identify and treat every child in the Middle East in need of specialized surgery not available to them locally. We locate, sponsor and run international, volunteer medical missions to the Middle East, in additional to locating free medical care abroad for children who cannot be adequately treated in the Middle East. The PCRF  is the main organization regularly sending injured and sick Arab children to North and South America, the Middle East and Europe for free care that is not available to them there. Since 1991 over 1,000 children have been abroad for millions of dollars of donated care, and over 10,000 have had complex surgery by our visiting medical missions to the region. The PCRF has been awarded the top 4-star rating by Charity Navigator for fiscal management, while being able to treat more kids than any other charity in the Middle East.
